Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped from the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During releases or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer domestic shipping via USPS. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Orders that meet the free shipping threshold will ship via our selected economy service.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions below.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thenoircouture.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in your return authorization.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
