Orders
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During releases or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended slightly.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders begin processing shortly after being placed and cannot be modified or canceled once processing has started. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to select international destinations. Available countries, shipping rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.
My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. Carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order once your return is approved.
How do I start a return?
To request a return, contact us at info@thenoircouture.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back within the provided timeframe.
